Your reason.
Your words. Your design.

Certly does not decide what counts. Use it for completion, participation, contribution, a milestone—or any moment you choose to acknowledge.

Start with the list
you already have.

Names in a spreadsheet. A design you like. That's enough to begin. Certly connects the two, so the layout stays consistent while each certificate becomes personal.

Check the list once, not every file.

Use a CSV or a public Google Sheet. Review spelling and remove duplicates before importing.

Import the names you already have. Keep one type treatment across the batch.Fictional names

Privacy

The making happens
right here.

Your browser turns the template and rows into PDFs and saves the batch on this device. No roster upload is needed to generate. If you send with Gmail, the API relays each message and attachment to Google.

Take a closer look: Use your browser's Network tab to inspect PDF generation separately from Sheets import and email delivery.

Generation is local. Delivery is a choice.

Files first.

Download a ZIPKeep the whole batch as files.

Optional: send with GmailDelivery leaves the browser. The API relays the message and PDF to Gmail.

Questions

A few things to know.

What do I bring to Certly?
A PNG or JPG design and a list of recipients. Add the details that change as text fields, check the preview, and make a PDF for each row. Download them together, or connect Gmail when you want to send.
Do I need to pay or sign up?
No. Creating and downloading certificates is free and needs no account. You only connect a Google account if you choose Gmail delivery.
Does AI process my list?
No. Certly places the text from your rows onto your design; it does not use AI to generate certificates. Recipient data is not used to train AI models.
How does one design become a batch?
Import a CSV or public Google Sheet, then position the fields on your template. Each row supplies the text for one certificate. Review a few names before generating, especially the longest ones.
What stays on this device?
Your template, imported rows, and generated PDFs are saved in browser storage. PDF generation does not upload your roster. Sheets import reads a public sheet; Gmail delivery sends each message and attachment through the API to Google.
